H&R Block is looking for a seasonal Operations Technical Specialist to support the operational readiness of their tax office network in Middlesborough, Kentucky. This role involves ensuring offices are fully equipped and compliant with brand standards while providing logistical support.

Key responsibilities include opening and closing tax offices, performing building maintenance, and troubleshooting technical issues. Ideal candidates will have strong problem-solving skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow direction and exercise sound judgment.
• Ability to lift and move office equipment up to 55 pounds.
• Basic technical knowledge in computer hardware.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation for travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup, opening, closure, and relocation of tax offices.
• Perform routine building maintenance tasks.
• Install, remove, and support PC hardware.
• Maintain accurate inventory of resources and supplies.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware issues.
