NEW Cooperative Inc. is seeking a front-line agronomy and grain services team member at our Iowa location. You will assist in loading and unloading products, operate fertilizer tender trucks, NH3 equipment, and may drive a semi-truck during peak seasons to serve customers.

We expect a Class A CDL with tanker and HazMat endorsements, plus a Commercial Handler’s or Applicator’s license. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with strong safety and customer service focus.

Formación

• Must have or obtain a Class A CDL with tanker and HazMat endorsement.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Commercial Handler’s or Applicator’s License.
• High school diploma or GED with 1-3 months of related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.
• Seasonal-time commitment and ability to interact with customers at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Load and unload products from vehicles based on work orders.
• Unload and load grain from trucks and wagons.
• Operate fertilizer tender trucks and NH3 equipment.
• Operate a semi-truck in off-season or as needed.
• Maintain equipment and ensure grain quality.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate with supervisors.
