Job summary

Banana Republic is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers. You will engage with shoppers, educate them about products, and deliver a best-in-class experience through an omni-channel approach.

You will collaborate with store leadership to meet goals, support sales floor operations, and maintain a polished, welcoming store environment. A passion for fashion and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• No current or future employment visa sponsorship required to work in the United States.
• Able to learn and use technology tools, including mobile devices, apps, and registers.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to drive sales using an omni-channel approach.
• Provide excellent customer service resulting in brand loyalty.
• Educate customers about products to inform and inspire wardrobe choices.
• Assist across sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back of house as needed.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
