Vogrinc Search Group is seeking an apparel designer to support seasonal collections for our Big Girls Walmart licensed business. The role emphasizes researching trends, creating colorways and presentations in Illustrator/Photoshop, and collaborating with design, merchandising, and product development teams in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of apparel design experience, strong trend insight, and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apparel design experience in children's or retail apparel.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, color, graphics, and apparel construction.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of seasonal apparel collections for the Big Girls Walmart licensed business.
• Research current fashion, color, graphic, and market trends relevant to the target customer.
• Create and update apparel designs, colorways, and presentations using Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Collaborate with Senior Designers, Graphic Designers, Merchandising, and Product Development teams.
• Help develop design concepts that align with brand guidelines, retailer needs, and seasonal trends.
• Review samples and provide design feedback throughout the development process.
• Organize and maintain design files, artwork, and seasonal project information.
• Assist with approvals and revisions to ensure designs meet brand and customer expectations.
