Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate in the United States to bring energy and customer focus to a fast-paced store. You will engage shoppers, educate them about loyalty programs, and use an omni-channel approach to create a seamless shopping experience.

You will work with leadership to deliver a best-in-class customer experience, keeping the sales floor organized, supporting fitting rooms and cash wrap, and helping drive sales with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfort with using technology tools and mobile apps in day-to-day operations.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and drive brand loyalty.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs.
• Engage with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling and an omni-channel approach.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized sales floor and fitting rooms.
• Support sales floor, cash wrap, back-of-house operations as required.
