The HUMAN SERVICE CHAMBER OF FRANKLIN COUNTY is looking for a Seasonal Grower in New Albany, Indiana. This role offers a chance to work with a committed team to cultivate organic produce enhancing our community's food security.

The Garden For All is a registered nonprofit organization based in New Albany, Ohio with a powerful mission: Fight Hunger and Grow Community. We bring this mission to life through the dedication of a passionate volunteer group and the hard work of a seasonal farm team. We operate as a non‑profit vegetable and cut flower farm, specializing in growing high‑quality produce and blooms using all organic methods. Every harvest is donated to our local food pantry partners, providing fresh, nutritious food to those in need throughout central Ohio. We grow our vegetables at our New Albany, OH location and at our farm in Johnstown, OH.

The role encompasses a variety of essential growing tasks, including seed propagation, bed preparation, planting diverse vegetables, cultivation and plant care, harvesting, irrigation management, and maintaining the health and productivity of our growing spaces.
Full Time Position (35‑40 hrs per week): Starting now – to end of season (Oct 2026). Occasional Saturday work (to support volunteer working sessions or support watering / care of propagation greenhouses).
