Living City Farms is looking for anAssistant Farm Manager to join our team and help grow a mission-driven, community-oriented, and economically regenerative farm.
This is a hands-on position where no two days are exactly alike. You’ll work alongside the Farm Manager to grow crops, manage nursery operations, harvest and prepare produce, maintain farm infrastructure, and help develop efficient systems that allow the farm to grow.

This is a hands-on, outdoor position. You'll spend much of your time working in the field and will experience varying temperatures and weather conditions.

This is afull-time position with seasonal hours based on the needs of the farm.
March–November: Generally 40–50 hours per week, with paid overtime for hours worked over 40. Some weekends and farmers market days will be required.
December–February: Approximately 30 hours per week.
The schedule will fluctuate based on growing conditions, harvest needs, weather, and the intensity of the growing season.
