Responsibilities

Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage repeat visits and impress customers with product knowledge and service.
Cover the sales floor and maintain visual standards in assigned areas.
Process sales transactions at the register, drive add-on sales, and handle BOPIS/curbside pickup; assist with planogram changes.
Communicate fashion and music trend info to management and HQ partners.
Work with store management to prevent theft and misuse of merchandise.
Maintain store cleanliness and organize the stock room.
Show team spirit by collaborating with colleagues to get the job done.
Perform any other activities as assigned by the Store Leader.
