Job summary

CADY Studios is seeking an Experience Ambassador to deliver an exceptional studio experience, guide clients through image selection, and support sales performance. Under the Studio Manager, you’ll help create memorable customer interactions and drive studio revenue.

You will welcome guests, present photo options, recommend packages, coordinate with photographers, and maintain a welcoming, organized studio environment. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass a satisfactory background check.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A positive and proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Professional demeanor shown in person, on calls and in emails.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

This position guides clients through the image selection and ordering process, builds meaningful customer relationships, and contributes to achieving studio revenue and service goals.
