Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is hiring for seasonal events associates to support store events and short-term assignments during the holidays. You will engage with customers, identify needs, and promote memberships and in-store services. Interviews are conducted on-site during the National Hiring Event.

Be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment, assist with seasonal duties, and maintain a safe, welcoming store area while providing a legendary customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and promote products.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service and a pleasant shopping experience.
• Assist customers in buying decisions by identifying needs and recommending products.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up.
• Assist with the execution of seasonal events and store events as scheduled.
• Keep work area clean, neat and safe, and perform other duties as assigned.
