Bass Pro Shops in Farmington is seeking a Seasonal Events Associate to support store events and short-term assignments throughout the year.

As part of the team, you will assist customers, promote membership programs, and help run outdoor skills workshops. This position emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, family-friendly retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to calculate discounts and make change.
• Ability to perform data entry and analyze reports and ledgers.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner with customers and associates.
• Good customer service skills.
• Ability to function in a noisy, busy environment with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Support world class customer service for a pleasant shopping experience.
• Assist customers by identifying needs and recommending products; promote CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pick-up.
• Establish and maintain relationships with management, coworkers, customers.
• Assist with execution of seasonal events.
• Facilitate in-house outdoor skills workshops.
• Participate in store events as scheduled.
• Keep work area clean, neat and safe.
• All other duties as assigned.
