Bass Pro Shops in Oregon is hiring for a Seasonal Events Associate to support store events and short-term assignments throughout the year. The role includes helping customers, conducting outdoor skills workshops, and participating in various store events as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers.
• Ability to perform data entry, analyze reports and ledgers.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other Associates.
• Good Customer Service skills.
• Ability to function in a noisy and hectic environment, with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Support a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
• Assist customers in making buying decisions by identifying needs and recommending products.
• Establish relationships with management, coworkers, children and customers.
• Assist with the execution of seasonal events.
• Facilitate in-house outdoor skills workshops.
• Participate in store events as scheduled.
• Keep work area clean, neat and safe.
• All other duties as assigned.
