Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short memos.
• Ability to handle cash and payments accurately.
• Neat appearance and full uniform required.
• Stand/walk for shifts; may lift up to 25 pounds.
• Work outside in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Courteously assist customers and answer questions.
• Process payments and facilitate gate traffic.
• Arrive on time in uniform and maintain neat appearance.
• Provide directions and knowledge of local locations.
• Control traffic at entrances and exits.
• Report accidents or safety hazards to management.
• Learn event location requirements.
• Count starting bank money and verify cash.
• Issue receipts or tickets and maintain cashier reports.
