About the Role

You’ll work through the holiday season at Enchant Christmas, a large-scale holiday experience drawing hundreds of thousands of guests each year across multiple U.S. cities. Staff are assigned to different areas each shift based on event needs, so the ability to adapt and pick up new tasks quickly is part of the job.

What You’ll Do
  • Attend pre-shift briefings and stay current on nightly updates
  • Operate your assigned area per your training
  • Engage with guests throughout your shift
  • Manage guest flow and queues
  • Use radio communication per protocol
  • Escalate incidents and guest concerns to your area lead or zone manager
  • Maintain your uniform and credentials at all times
  • Keep your area clean and safe throughout the event
Where You Might Work
  • Parking: directing vehicle flow, lot capacity management, ticket scanning and sales, guest wayfinding to the entrance
  • Front Gate: scanning tickets, managing entry flow, credentialing guests
  • Box Office / Ticketing: walk-up ticket sales, exchanges, resolving ticketing questions
  • Guest Services: handling inquiries, lost and found, accessibility support, complaint resolution
  • Ice Skating Trail: ticket scanning, line management, rink safety, managing skater flow on and off the ice, skate distribution and returns, maintaining skate inventory
  • Snow Slide: ticket scanning, line management, rider safety, queue control
  • Ferris Wheel: line management and ticket scanning
  • Light Maze: guest entry and exit flow, onboarding guests to the maze story and objective
  • Santa and Mrs. Claus: photo queue management, character area support
Skills That Expand Your Role

The following skills make you more deployable across the event and increase the range of areas you can be assigned to. None are required across the board, but they matter for specific assignments.

  • Ice skating proficiency: required for Ice Skating Trail assignments
  • Ticketing system or POS experience: relevant for Box Office, Front Gate, Parking, and any ticketed activation
  • Comfort with character work: relevant for Light Maze and character area assignments
  • Bilingual Spanish/English: welcomed across all markets

  • Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for a full shift
  • Reliable availability for shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Able to take direction quickly and communicate clearly in a high-volume environment
Logistics
  • Season: Mid-November 2026 through early January 2027, varying by market.
  • Schedule: Evening shifts, typically beginning mid-afternoon. Weekends and holiday dates are required.
  • Compensation: $18.00
  • Physical requirements: Events take place across large outdoor venues (100,000+ sq ft). This role requires frequent standing and walking, outdoor conditions including cold weather, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
