The role requires flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. The position pays $18.00–$22.00 per hour and reports to the Events & Catering Manager and Assistant Manager.

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial or events/conference services experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Detail-oriented, organized, reliable, punctual.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Able to work independently or in a team with minimal supervision.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and assist porter staff in daily duties.
• Set up, operate and break down event equipment for each function.
• Coordinate with catering team to execute Banquet Event Orders.
• Inspect sanitation and cleanliness of event spaces and facilities.
• Assist with inventory, deliveries and vendor load-in.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards during events.
• Drive company vehicle to event locations and return on completion.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
