Job summary

LAZ Parking is hiring a Seasonal Event Parking Attendant in Denver to support Ball Arena, Empower Field, and Centennial Stadium. You will greet customers, collect parking fees, and ensure safe entry/exit with accurate change.

Ideal candidates are energetic, dependable, and able to work across multiple venues. This seasonal, part-time role offers flexible hours with on-site work at major sports and event locations in Denver.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience required.
• Cash handling/credit card transaction experience required.
• Ability to speak, read, and comprehend English.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet each customer with courtesy and excellent service.
• Collect parking fees and provide the correct change.
• Understand and know how to handle different types of parkers (tenants, visitors, employees).
• Understand surroundings and building area at each venue to answer questions.
• Complete the daily report.
• Assist in staffing the exit or entry booth during peak hours to facilitate traffic.
• Communicate with management, supervisors, and traffic directors.
• Answer customer service questions concerning parking and refer questions to supervisor.
• Determine traffic flow during equipment failure or construction periods.
• Demonstrate urgency, timeliness, and willingness to improve.
• Field additional duties if assigned.
