Job summary

Blueprint Studios in Brisbane, CA, seeks a reliable Seasonal Field Operations Installer for the peak season, Sept 1, 2026 through Dec 18, 2026. You will help with loading, installation, and takedown of displays for tradeshows and events, working with warehouse, operations, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution.

The role requires strong organization, customer service excellence and flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed. This position is temporary and seasonal in nature.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 25 years old.
• 2–3 years in event management operations preferred.
• Experience with audio/visual equipment is a plus.
• Flexibility to work weekends and a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Works with warehouse staff to ensure the right items are loaded onto the box truck.
• Unloads vehicle and sets up displays, furniture and other items as required.
• Sets up items according to floor plans, often with other Blueprint Studios staff or contractors.
• Maintains quality control during installations and takedowns.
• Represents the company to clients during installations and strikes.
• Meets contract timelines and client requirements for event installations.
