Job summary

Christmas Wonderland in Miami is hiring seasonal Event Associates to support event managers across various sites at Tropical Park. Roles rotate nightly and shifts are evening, with some holidays. You will assist with guest services, entry, photos with Santa, and general operations.

You report to the event manager on duty and must be able to work outdoors, stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and follow safety procedures. Training is provided before opening night.

Qualifications

• Seasonal, part-time position requiring evening shifts and weekend/holiday availability.
• Able to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Report to the event manager at the start of each shift for assignment and move between areas as directed.
• Learn basic procedures for each area to provide relief or cover breaks.
• Deliver a friendly, consistent guest experience in every area.
• Keep assigned areas clean, stocked, safe and show-ready.
• Help set up before gates open and reset or close down areas at the end of the night.
• Spot and report safety hazards, damaged décor, outages and guest issues by radio.
• Follow emergency, weather and lost-child procedures.
• Take on other tasks as assigned to support operations.
