Medical City Dallas is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room on a seasonal basis. This role focuses on high-quality, patient-centered care in a busy ED, coordinating with providers and the care team to ensure safe, efficient patient flow.

The RN will assess, treat, teach and manage patients, with required certifications and an associate degree. The position offers competitive hourly pay of $62 and benefits, with shifts that may include weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• RN licensed nurse with an associate degree.
• ACLS, BCLS, PALS and TNCC or equivalent certifications required within stated timeframes.
• Ability to perform and supervise patient care in a fast-paced ER setting.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.

Responsabilités

• Assess and manage patient pain, monitor status and intervene per protocol.
• Perform procedures and document care accurately in patient records.
• Provide patient and family education on condition, plan and follow-up.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure timely and safe patient flow.
