Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental sciences, engineering, or related field; competency-based minimum qualifications.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Documents of education, licenses, and experience must support required competencies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance observations during winter air alert episodes in the Fairbanks PM2.5 Nonattainment Area.
• Respond to and investigate public air quality complaints.
• Document non-compliance with wood stove restrictions; prepare Advisory and Compliance letters.
