Qualifications

• Journeyman-level trade experience or 2+ years building maintenance.
• Good understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to perform painting, woodworking and carpentry.
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a maintenance setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the building's physical appearance and mechanical/electrical systems.
• Process maintenance work orders promptly and ensure safety.
• Keep engineering storerooms and work areas clean and organized.
• Respond to after-hours calls as needed and address unsafe conditions.
