Kanza Cooperative Association is seeking a Seasonal Elevator Operator for the fall harvest season. This role supports grain receiving, storage, and shipping, while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The position requires customer service excellence and teamwork to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include loading/unloading grain trucks, inspecting grain quality, operating conveyors and other equipment, and performing routine maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and teamwork preferred.
• Ability to operate basic grain handling equipment and perform routine maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and address inquiries professionally.
• Load and unload grain trucks and inspect grain quality for moisture and contaminants.
• Operate equipment to move grain to storage or loadout and monitor temperatures.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with procedures.
• Assist with receiving, storing, shipping, and paperwork as required.
