Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years of echocardiography or cardiac sonography experience.
• Knowledge of 2-D imaging, M-mode, Doppler and stress echo.

Aufgaben

• Performs echocardiographic studies including 2-D imaging, M-mode and Doppler per physician guidelines.
• Assists with transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs) and stress echo protocols.
• Ensures patient safety, comfort and accurate identification before procedures.
• Documents preliminary results and patient data in the EMR accurately.
• Maintains equipment, supplies and clean work areas; adheres to safety policies.
