Keeneland Association, Inc. in Lexington, KY is seeking a Warehouse Retail Operations Associate to support daily e-commerce fulfillment, receiving and transferring merchandise to satellite locations, while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse.

This seasonal, part-time role requires a high school diploma; Shopify experience is a plus, and you must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment during race meets (Wednesday–Sunday).

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; warehouse or fulfillment experience a plus.
• Shopify experience preferred.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, walk, bend and lift throughout shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer and scanner devices.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and ship online orders accurately and efficiently through Shopify E-commerce platform
• Process returns and exchanges according to company procedures
• Assist with receiving, processing and transferring merchandise to satellite locations
• Ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner to meet customer expectations
• Assist with customer service inquiries
• Work with E-commerce Operations Manager and Retail Marketing Manager on various E-Commerce & marketing needs
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the warehouse
• Follow company policies and warehouse procedures
