Job summary

NATIONAL RETAIL TRANSPORTATION (NRS) seeks skilled Seasonal Temporary Local Truck Drivers for Nichols, NY. This role focuses on local deliveries; drivers are home daily, with a mix of pallet deliveries and drop-and-hook operations. Earn around $34 per hour with steady, local work this season.

Qualifications include a valid CDL Class A, at least 1 year of recent Class A driving, and a clean driving record. DOT compliance and physicals are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Availability to work the full duration of the seasonal assignment.
• Minimum 1 year Class A driving experience within the last 3 years.
• Clean MVR/PSP and employment history preferred.
• Able to read, write and speak English per DOT requirements.
• Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and maintain DOT medical qualifications.
• Current DOT physical certification.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
