Job summary

Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation is seeking a Doughnut Maker for seasonal staffing in our shops. You will prepare the dough, yeast brew, glaze, and fillings, and ensure quality that meets Krispy Kreme standards while serving customers hot and fresh.

Responsibilities include weighing ingredients, frying doughnuts, and keeping records of times and temperatures to prevent waste, while upholding sanitation and uniform standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience in a job involving food handling and safety.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Open availability and flexibility to work any shift.
• Ability to understand weights and measurements.
• Must present self professionally and adhere to uniform standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all ingredients for doughnut production: brew, dough, glaze, fillings, and icings.
• Accurately weigh ingredients, measure liquids, mix and fry doughnuts.
• Record times and temperatures of all products to ensure freshness and reduce waste.
• Maintain sanitation standards in production area for cleanliness and smooth operation of equipment.
