Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for doughnut production: brew, dough, glaze, fillings, and icings.
• Accurately weigh ingredients, measure liquids, mix, and fry doughnuts.
• Record keeping (times and temperatures) to ensure freshness and reduce waste.
• Maintain sanitation standards in production areas and equipment.
