Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a District Sales Manager for a seasonal assignment starting in July and ending in November. You will oversee all aspects of store operations for the assigned Spirit stores (average 3 locations), focusing on sales, payroll, recruiting, training, and expense control.

Applicants must be at least 21, have a flexible schedule, and possess 2–5 years of multi-store supervisory experience. Physical duties include standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations for assigned Spirit stores (average 3 stores).
• Responsible for sales, payroll, recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, shrink and related functions.
• Plan and execute opening, operating and closing/tear down of the assigned Spirit stores.
