Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a District Sales Manager for the peak seasonal period. Responsibilities include overseeing store operations across 3 locations, managing payroll, recruiting, training, and ensuring shrink and expenses are controlled.

Applicants must be 21+, have 2–5 years of multi-store supervisory experience, and be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds; a flexible schedule is required.

• Oversee operation of the assigned Spirit stores (average 3 stores)

• Construct, open, operate and tear down Spirit stores during the season
