Job summary

UPS is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor on a seasonal basis in the United States. The role supervises, trains, and develops workgroups to uphold safety, productivity, accuracy, and customer service. It requires strong leadership to foster cooperation and continuous improvement across all levels.

The position emphasizes employee development plans, orientation and ongoing coaching to support growth, while ensuring adherence to safety policies and procedures in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed at all times in compliance with requirements.
• Manages department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment and proactive communication.
