Qualifications

• Candidates must be able to lift up to 70 lbs (32 kg) and meet physical requirements.
• Flexible shift availability, up to 5 days per week.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Experience in supervision/management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed at all times across the department.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy and efficiency.
• Promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication.
• Implements development plans to support professional growth of staff.
• Ensures orientation, skills and safety training with regular evaluations and coaching.
• Ensures all employees adhere to safety policies at all times.
