Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs/32 kgs and work flexible shifts up to 5 days per week.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and warehouse processes.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred; management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures per regulations.
• Manage department resources for maximum output, accuracy and efficiency.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment and proactive communication.
• Implement personal development plans for department personnel.
• Ensure orientation, training, and ongoing coaching for employees.
