Job summary

UPS in San Diego seeks a Seasonal Supervisor to lead safety, production, and attendance. You will supervise, train, develop workgroups, and maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, and service.

This role emphasizes leadership, relationship building with employees, management of resources, and ensuring compliance with safety policies and government requirements. Strong communication and MS Office skills are needed; a bachelor's degree and management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs/32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Management experience is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities
