Job summary

UPS is seeking a supervisory professional to lead safety, production and attendance in our warehouse operations. The role focuses on developing teams, ensuring accuracy and customer service excellence, and cultivating strong cross-department relationships.

The position emphasizes training, policy adherence, and continuous improvement to support efficient daily operations within a fast-paced environment. HVAC or warehouse operations experience is beneficial for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S. or authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Management experience - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed at all times, complying with department, station, corporate and local government requirements.
• Manages department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
