• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed at all times, in full compliance with department, station, corporate and local requirements.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy and efficiency.
• Establishes and promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication and collaboration.
• Implements employee development plans to support ongoing growth of department personnel.
• Ensures orientation, training, and regular evaluations for employees.
