Responsibilities

• Greet and seat members and guests; communicate arrivals to service staff
• Provide outstanding customer service to Riverside members and guests
• Answer the phone and take dining reservations
• Maintain clean and sanitary dining areas
• Oversee food presentation prior to leaving the kitchen (Expo role)
• Ensure all food is prepared according to order specifications (Expo role)
• Run food from the kitchen to the dining room promptly
• Assist servers as needed during service
• Maintain par levels of line inventory (Expo role)
