Job summary

United Parcel Service seeks a Seasonal Cover Driver (with Warehouse Support) to backfill delivery routes and, when needed, assist as a Seasonal Warehouse Worker. Expect rotating duties between driving and warehouse tasks based on demand and staffing.

Typical shifts include outdoor driving with customer contact, 8–10 hours per day, or 3.5–5 hours on warehouse days. Base pay is $28.00/hour, with seasonal scheduling that may include weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license; no CDL required (state varies).
• Satisfactory driving history and able to pass a DOT physical.
• Ability to lift, lower, and carry up to 70 lbs.
• Pass UPS driver test and meet appearance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate UPS package delivery vehicles safely.
• Deliver and pick up packages with excellent customer service.
• Work independently in outdoor environments; rotate with warehouse duties.
• Report on assigned warehouse shift when not scheduled as Cover Driver.
• Meet UPS driver qualification standards.
