Job summary

The Honey Baked Ham Company, LLC is seeking a Seasonal Delivery Driver to transport HoneyBaked products from our hub store to Pop-Up Retail locations in the local area. The role offers flexible scheduling to fit school, family, or other commitments and emphasizes safety and accuracy in on-time deliveries.

You will operate a 14–26 ft refrigerated truck, complete daily checks, and ensure proper loading and food-safety practices.

Qualifications

• Operate 14-26 ft refrigerated truck for local deliveries.
• Valid driver’s license and DOT medical card required.
• Must pass pre-employment DOT drug screen, MVR check and DOT background.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at HUB store to get product for Pop-Up Retail locations.
• Complete Truck Assessment checklist at the beginning of each delivery day prior to leaving hub store.
• Ensure that products are secured in the truck using straps or loading bars.
• Safely transport products to Pop-Up Retail locations.
• Place product on the reassembled flatbed cart to be taken into the location.
• Take expired product and place in empty boxes and return to home store.
• Complete the delivery manifest checklist, ensuring all product is accounted for and delivered accurately, as well as returned to store when needed.
• Complete temp logs to ensure product food safety standards are met.
