Flatlands Logistics, LLC is hiring Seasonal Delivery Drivers for the 2026 peak holiday season at our DMC3 station in Shawnee, Kansas. This 13-week assignment runs October 6, 2026 through January 5, 2027, with shifts from 11:20am to 9:20pm and pay at $22.25/hr plus bonuses.

As a Seasonal Driver you will load and deliver packages, drive safely, and keep the vehicle clean. We provide paid training, a referral program, a company uniform, a vehicle, and potential permanent openings after the season.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Commit to the full season (Oct 6, 2026–Jan 5, 2027).
• Excellent time management and ability to handle 300+ packages per day.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload delivery vehicles with packages to be delivered.
• Drive safely and follow GPS routes and traffic laws.
• Complete routes within the allotted time (approx. 10 hours).
• Deliver products professionally to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
• Report issues to management promptly.
• Have reliable transportation to attend shifts.

As a Seasonal Delivery Driver at Flatlands Logistics, you will play a crucial role in ensuring orders are delivered promptly and accurately within the community during the busiest time of the year! You will start and end your day at Amazon Warehouse: DMC3

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

• Load and unload delivery vehicles with packages to be delivered
• Drive safely, following GPS coordinated route, following all traffic laws
• All routes are designed to be completed within 10 hours. It is expected to complete your route in the time allotted.
• Deliver products to customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
• Report any issues or problems to management immediately
• Have reliable transportation (to and from work) to ensure attendance.

This is a peak-season role. Though we aim to offer fixed work schedules, seasonal delivery drivers must have some degree of flexibility during the holiday season. Seasonal drivers are required to work at least 1 weekend day.

Qualifications

As a Delivery Driver, You’ll Need:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.No CDL required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be reliable and flexible.
• Be available to work the full season, October 6, 2026 through January 5, 2027, including peak weeks in November and December.
• Keep pace in a physically demanding job - work in all weather conditions and on a variety of routes; handle 300+ packages per day while walking up stairs and getting in and out of the vehicle 150+ times per day.
• Load delivery vans with accuracy and efficiency.
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Be a self-starter who can problem solve, and make rapid and sound decisions.
• Operate delivery vehicles safely.
• Use a hand-held device for routing and customer delivery information.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.
• Give consent for a pre-employment screenings - including a 4 panel drug test.
• Must have a clean motor vehicle report (violations can disqualify you from the position)
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing /communication skills
