Flatlands Logistics, LLC is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner launching a brand-new delivery station in Manhattan, Kansas. We’re hiring 40 Delivery Associates to begin with paid training October 5, 2026, at the DDK2 location; shifts are ~10 hours, four days a week, with an 10-hour guarantee and route-based incentives.

Starting wage is $22.50/hr base; top performers reach $24.25+/hr with bonuses like scorecard, rescues, and referral bonuses.

We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and independent people with a "can do" attitude to join the launch team at our brand-new delivery station in Manhattan, Kansas. DDK2 is scheduled to begin deliveries around October 22, 2026 (Amazon sets the final launch date). Group interviews are held in person in Manhattan – pick your time when you apply.

Job Description

Starting wage: $22.50/hr base – top performers earn the equivalent of $24.25+/hr with bonuses

Shift Time(s): approx. 9:20am start – 10-hour shifts, 4 days/week (exact start time confirmed 1–2 weeks before launch)

How our drivers get to $24.25+/hr:

• $22.50/hr base pay
• 10-hour guarantee – finish your route early and you are still paid for 10 hours
• Scorecard bonus up to $1.25/hr for top safety and quality scores
• $15 for every rescue you complete

As a Delivery Driver at Flatlands Logistics, you will play a crucial role in ensuring orders are delivered promptly and accurately within the community! You will start and end your day at Amazon Delivery Station DDK2, 5955 Corporate Dr., Manhattan, KS 66503

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

• Load and unload delivery vehicles with packages to be delivered
• Drive safely, following GPS coordinated route, following all traffic laws
• All routes are designed to be completed within 10 hours. It is expected to complete your route in the time allotted.
• Deliver products to customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
• Report any issues or problems to management immediately
• Have reliable transportation (to and from work) to ensure attendance.

Though we aim to offer fixed work schedules, delivery drivers must have some degree of flexibility, particularly during Prime Week and during the holiday season. Full time drivers are required to work at least 1 weekend day.

Qualifications

As a Delivery Driver, You’ll Need:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.No CDL required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be reliable and flexible.
• Keep pace in a physically demanding job - work in all weather conditions and on a variety of routes; handle 300+ packages per day while walking up stairs and getting in and out of the vehicle 150+ times per day.
• Load delivery vans with accuracy and efficiency.
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Be a self-starter who can problem solve, and make rapid and sound decisions.
• Operate delivery vehicles safely.
• Use a hand-held device for routing and customer delivery information.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.
• Consent to pre-employment screenings, including a background check, motor vehicle report, and 4-panel drug test.
• Must have a clean motor vehicle report (violations can disqualify you from the position)
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing /communication skills
