Decorously Deft Delivery & Transport LLC is hiring for the Holiday Season to deliver Amazon packages in Indiana. We seek reliable, independent drivers for both full-time and part-time roles with flexible schedules and a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates are 21+, able to obtain the Class C license if needed, and comfortable with fast-paced routes and weather conditions. Seasonal hires may convert to permanent positions; growth opportunities exist within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must hold an unrestricted Driver’s License and pass a background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and endure physical activity.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages on time to multiple routes.
• Safely operate and inspect delivery vehicle daily.
• Adhere to local, state laws, and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Use smartphone for GPS, scanning, clocking in/out.
• Load and unload packages and assist teammates.
• Support team during high-demand periods.

Seeking Full-Time AND Part-Time Delivery Driver to join Decorously Deft Delivery & Transport LLC, delivering packages for Amazon this Holiday Season!

We need reliable, independent, flexible, hard workers who pay attention to details, can quickly problem solve a wide range of situations, and win in a fast-paced environment!

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, communicate effectively, and are ready to get the job done. Successful delivery drivers enjoy being out on the road driving, put safety first, and care deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction.

Seasonal hires can convert to Permanent positions.

• Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related) driving experience is a plus


• We will assist you to obtain your Class C Non-CDL Driver’s License (IL)/ For Hire Endorsement (IN) & DOT Certification

Job Description

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time


• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle


• Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies


• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions


• Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift packages (up to 50 lbs.); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations


• Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed


• Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members


• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle


• Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes

Qualifications

Delivery Driver Requirements:

• Must beat least 21 years old


• Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted Driver’s License

• Authorized to work in the United States


• Must pass a 5-Panel Drug Screening


• Must have a clean motor vehicle report


• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills
