Job description

C2 Vehicles, New England’s leading golf car distributor, is looking for an experienced Driver to deliver golf cars and utility vehicles out of our Hooksett, New Hampshire dealership. This Seasonal driver position will be vital to help our growing golf car rental business during the months of April through August.

The Delivery Driver will be assigned, at times, light mechanical work, fueling rentals, and detailing vehicles before delivery as needed. The ideal candidate will embrace a team attitude and willingness to help with other tasks when needed in order to meet delivery deadlines.

Ideal candidate should have:

• At least 2 years of experience in driving class B truck and trailer.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, safety, and vehicle logs.
• Current DOT Medical Card.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Professional demeanor and focus on customer service before, during, and after deliveries.
• Clean driving record is a must.
• Mechanical skills.
• A High School diploma at minimum.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Daily duties can/will consist of:

• Driving delivery truck and trailer that can transport 2-4 golf cars or utility vehicles.
• Loading and unloading truck and trailer- both at the branch prior to delivery and at customer locations.
• Maintain vehicle logs, pre-delivery, and post-delivery inspections.
• Maintaining clear and legible delivery documents- both from deliveries and customer pick-ups.
• Identifying preventative maintenance on both the truck and trailer and communicating issues timely to eliminate vehicle downtime.
• Knowledge of and compliance with all applicable DOT regulations.
• Engaging customers during deliveries.
• Assist CCE team members at times with cleaning or prepping cars for delivery.
