Responsibilities

• Complete 100-200 stops per day in a fast-paced environment.
• Be a problem solver.
• Work effectively with Android devices.
• Drive and operate your delivery vehicle safely at all times.
• Use handheld GPS for routing and customer delivery information.
• Navigate various routes throughout the delivery area.
• Load and unload packages efficiently, in all weather conditions.
• Be customer obsessed — we aim to deliver packages and smiles.

Additional Tasks (with or without reasonable accommodation):

• Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Get in and out of the van and walk up and down stairs approximately 200 times per day.
• Work in a 7-day operation with flexible schedules.
• Operate Freightliner MT45 (or similar) step vans.

Basic Requirements:

• Active DOT medical card.
• Experience driving larger vehicles (>1 year).
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Work at least one weekend day.
• At least 21 years old.
• Valid US driver's license.
• Ability to lift, bend, reach, kneel, crouch, and stretch during shift.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting at $21.75/hour (training rate), increasing to $22.00 after 60 days.
• Up to $2-3 per hour bonuses based on delivery and safety targets.
