Job summary

PB Teen, a Williams-Sonoma, Inc. brand in San Francisco, seeks a Designer – Decorative Accessories to own the development process from sketch to approval.

You will design products across seasonal decor, storage, wall art, mirrors and functional accessories, and lead presentations to senior management. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of related experience, a design degree, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years professional experience in related field.
• Degree in design or equivalent experience.
• Experience with drafting and ability to quickly review and comment on drawings.
• Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Outlook are essential.

Responsibilities

• Guide the design and development process from concept through approval.
• Create design renders, orthographic specs and sample documentation for overseas vendors.
• Lead design presentations to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Travel domestically and internationally to factories and shows as needed.
