Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Production Operator for the Day Shift (Seasonal) in the Dallas area. You will operate production lines, ensure safety and quality, and complete hourly reports. The role requires adherence to GMP and food safety standards and the ability to work a 12-hour day or night shift on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.

Regular attendance is essential. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, with 2 years of experience in manufacturing preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of field or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience managing people/projects welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate production lines ensuring safety, quality and throughput.
• Complete hourly quality and production reports.
• Visually inspect products to prevent defects.
• Report defects to shift leadership promptly.
• Follow GMP and Food Safety standards at all times.
• Maintain housekeeping and manage raw material levels.
• Be capable of 12-hour day or night shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule.
• Demonstrate reliability through regular attendance.
