Blue Diamond Growers seeks an RTE Operator - Entry for the swing shift at the Turlock Plant. The role involves learning to operate critical manufacturing equipment, following GMPs, HACCP, and safety procedures to meet production goals.
Under supervision you will support setup and operation of equipment, monitor production metrics, and participate in pre-shift meetings while maintaining quality and safety standards. Forklift certification is required, and overtime may be required.

JOB SUMMARY
Develops the skill and ability required to operate critical manufacturing equipment that meets quality compliance with national food safety regulations. Under direct supervision, learns operational processes necessary to achieve production goals, targets, and opportunities for the entire production line. Upholds the core Blue Diamond Manufacturing tenants: Quality, Service, Performance and People. Learns, understands, and follows established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's), policies and procedures, and safety procedures while performing all job duties. Adheres to all procedures and practices associated with Food Safety, Food Security and Food Quality.
