Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Seasonal Events Associate to support store events, assist customers, and participate in seasonal activities throughout the year. You will help customers with buying decisions, promote CLUB Membership and in-store pickup, and work closely with management and staff to ensure a welcoming environment.

The role involves supporting events, helping with outdoor skills workshops, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace while handling miscellaneous duties as needed.

Qualifikationen

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate discounts and make change.
• Ability to perform data entry, analyze reports and ledgers.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and associates.
• Good customer service skills.
• Ability to function in a noisy and hectic environment with children and parents.

Aufgaben

• Assist customers in making buying decisions by identifying needs and offering product recommendations.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers, children and customers.
• Assist with the execution of seasonal events and in-house outdoor skills workshops.
• Participate in store events as scheduled and contribute to a safe, neat work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisory staff.
