Job summary

AVI Foodsystems, Inc. is seeking a friendly, hard-working Seasonal Customer Service Attendant to join our dining, micro market, and headquarters operations workforce.

This on-site role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, stocking vending and dining areas, and maintaining equipment and cleanliness across client sites. You will contribute to a team-driven culture, support efficient operations, and enjoy involvement in a varied set of duties with opportunities for training and growth

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and stock items at client locations.
• Fill vending machines to proper inventory levels.
• Place stock on shelves or racks in vending machines or coolers.
• Ensure refrigeration of all cold items.
• Oversee ordering of merchandise and manage inventory.
• Collect unsold merchandise and handle money from machines.
• Maintain clean vending areas and perform routine sanitation.
• Communicate positively with customers.
• Assist with general upkeep of equipment and machines.

HEADQUARTERS SERVICE CENTER

Our Headquarters Service Center serves as the main support for all AVI operations throughout the United States. Departments include accounting, administration, finance, human resources, marketing, procurement, risk management, training and development, wellness and much more.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for a friendly and hard-working team member to fill the role of Customer Service Attendant. This is a seasonal position only.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive delivery of items such as soft drinks, bakery products, snack items and specialty foods at client locations
• Fill vending machines to proper inventory levels with items such as soft drinks, pastries and packaged foods
• Place stock on shelves or racks in vending machines or coolers
• Ensure the refrigeration of all cold food products
• Oversee the ordering of merchandise and control inventory
• Collect unsold and stale merchandise
• Collect money, including coins and bills, from machines
• Communicate positively with customers by making eye contact and smiling
• Perform routine maintenance and sanitation of machines
• Maintain clean vending areas
