Job summary

Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families, welcoming customers and guiding them to our baby essentials.

You’ll contribute to a fast-paced retail floor, handle omnichannel needs, and assist with POS transactions, floor replenishment, and promotions. This role requires flexibility for days, nights, weekends and holidays, and offers employee discounts and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask in a busy retail environment.
• Positive and solutions‑oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Confidently resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the loyalty program to customers.
• Maintain a safe, clean store and minimize loss with great service.
