Carter’s Inc. is hiring for a Seasonal Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will welcome customers, help them explore baby essentials and school readiness while delivering friendly service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles and features.
• Resolve customer issues proactively in a busy retail setting.
• Assist with omnichannel shopping to ensure a positive experience.
• Execute POS transactions and complete floor replenishment and shipments.
• Explain current promotions and the loyalty program to customers; minimize losses.
